Open an E-Loan Savings Plus Account and receive a $25 bonus.

Terms as copied from banks' website on 11/5/08:

1Promotion valid for one new Savings Plus account for each new customer. To qualify for the $25 bonus the promotion code "plus25" must be entered on the application and submitted prior to December 18th, 2008. The account must maintain at least the original balance for sixty (60) days to qualify for the promotion. The $25 bonus will be posted as an interest credit to the account within 90 days of account opening.

To qualify for a Savings Plus account, customers must make regular monthly deposits into their savings account of at least $100. Any Savings Plus account that does not have a minimum of $100 per month deposit for over 60 days will be converted back to a standard savings account and the rates in effect for a standard savings account will apply. Savings Plus is a Money Market Deposit Account that allows up to six withdrawals per month.

2Annual Percentage Yield (APY) for a Savings Account is effective as of 11/4/2008 and subject to change without notice. There is a $5,000 minimum opening account deposit and balance requirement. Savings Plus accounts require $100 minimum deposit each month.

3All deposit products offered through E-LOAN will be opened through Banco Popular North America (BPNA), a New York state chartered bank insured by the FDIC that is the direct parent company of E-LOAN (i.e. E-LOAN is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BPNA). Processing services are provided by BPNA. All deposits with BPNA are insured for the maximum amount allowed by law, and all balances on deposit with BPNA (whether directly or through E-LOAN) would be combined for purposes of determining FDIC coverage eligibility.
